Everyone has the right to educate themselves and if it takes to raise taxes let’s do so. These undocumented students didn’t have any say when their parents dragged them to the United States. Some of these students grew up like any other American child, now the government is taking their privileges away not allowing them to continue their education after high school. Even though they are not from here, they should have the right to work, to go to school or serve our country. They are like you and me, they want to get a college degree but the difference is that they don’t have a social security number. Those students have been working hard in high school and for what? And at the end, nothing? Some graduate with top of their classes and it’s a shame that can’t attend universities they want because they aren’t from here.
Let’s make these students dream a reality; they have the right to fight for their dreams.
